The research and memo were spot on. The memo was well organized, thoughtful, cogent and authoritative. It seized upon the available current law (which is somewhat confusing in the area of my request). It also, as requested, addressed a highly anticipated counterargument to an anticipated response by my opponent. I have been able to expand upon it in some areas with no difficulty.
